SaraMakingChanges Week 4 Saturday Previous weight: 207.4 Current weight: 203.6 Doing a little happy dance over here 🤗 I wasn’t perfect this week but waaaay better than the last few weeks. No wine, no super bad overeating, plenty of exercise and most days under goal. Feel like I’ve reminded myself, I know how to do this and…

@AmiC0717 @DreaRN15 way to go on your losses this week! Awesome job! 🔥🔥 @jessicakrall8 the Biggest Loser challenge sounds like a great way to stay focused. Any little extra push helps so way to go! ❤️

I finally hit the 200 lbs lost milestone this month and to celebrate I went Hiking with my brother and sister in law. This was a hike that would have been impossible for me to make two years ago, 200 lbs heavier. I am so grateful for the freedom I've gained and I'm looking forward to many more hikes in the future!

SaraMakingChanges Week 3 Saturday Previous weight: 208.4 Current weight: 207.4 Still been in denial on my eating way too often this week. Even if my number is creeping down I’m well aware that reality will come slap me in the face if I continue to overeat. Goal this week is staying under every day - and no wine!

@mulecanter Swimming is a great way to burn calories. Strange thing for me is my knee bugs me when I swim too much 🤨 which is so annoying. I definitely never use the MFP library to calculate my calories burned as it seems overinflated to me. Who enters that data? I use a calorie calculator by activity which also checks…

SaraMakingChanges Week 4 Saturday Previous weight: 210.2 Current weight: 210.6 No one and nothing to blame but myself. Last weekend I resorted to old coping mechanisms with wine and food consumed to fill a void they never can. This continued into Monday as well. Tried to recover over the remainder of the week but as you…

I hear you! I’ve had a rotation of good and bad weeks since Christmas and each time I give myself a break or step back from tracking and posting I gain... 😕 But the good news is that we are still here and we are back in the land of accountability and friendly competition! Thank goodness we have each other hey? Let’s do…

@Fattleass hang in there! ❤️ I’ve had a lot of the same feelings lately. It’s tough at this time of year for many reasons - Christmas come down and cold weather can lead to a desire to hibernate and comfort ourselves with food. Tomorrow is a new day.

SaraMakingChanges Week 2 Saturday Previous weight: 220.0 Current weight: 212.6 Last week’s spike appears to have been a lot of water weight...? This week has gone a lot better and I’ve eaten fairly clean and exercised plenty but I’m sure I haven’t lost 7 lbs of fat.

That’s awesome! I’d love to start on a yoga class of a similar level. I also get vertigo... Anyways today my workout is shoveling snow. Saves on driving to the gym! 👍🏻

SaraMakingChanges Week 1 Saturday Previous weight: 214.4 Current weight: 220 Please take me out of the step challenge. I’m in a bad place at the moment 🌧 Hopefully I’ll get back on track soon. Way to go everyone for continuing to kick butt.

@jenready @mulecanter strange there doesn’t seem to be a February step challenge page... are we supposed to post stores here now?

Moving my weigh in back to the Jan page. Oops! 😬

This crustless quiche was my breakfast all week. I’ve been making this as breakfast meal prep for a while (I add turkey bacon and lots of veg) and it is filling and delicious! https://www.shelovesbiscotti.com/simple-easy-crustless-spinach-quiche/
