I can't say anything about how to fade them, but no man who will care about stretch marks is worth your time. I met my boyfriend online, and eventually we're going to move in together. However, right now he is taking care of his mother, and no one else will. I joked a lot that I was "700 lbs" and needed to be removed from…

I dunno man. I'm 5'4F (23 years old), GW is 130. I calculate my maintenance calorie intake for being 135 lb (without exercise) to be 1700. Right now, I'm not really suffering under the calorie restriction. Some things I have to sacrifice (Like eating more than two pieces of pizza ; ; ), but it's not like I'm starving. I…

This is Chloe. She's an 8 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix that my family has had since she was 4-6 months old. She was living with my mother being free fed (with another dog in the house), while I was living in a place that had no pets allowed. In May, I was able to move into a better place that allows pets, and I took…

I'm going to agree with only using if for medical reasons...and for fetish reasons XD

As someone who worked at Subway for a time before finding a full time job, this..is...not accurate. They 'guestimate' their portions. For the first batch of pre-portioning the chicken, they measure on a scale. Then they just use a scoop or handful (using gloves) and toss them in the little carton. The boss tells you 1 oz…

OP Update I spoke with my trainer, and he said I should keep doing the 10-15 minutes during the 3 weight training days, and that on my cardio days, I don't have to do everything in one stretch. When I get tired on one cardio machine, move to the next and do what I can there, and keep doing that with small breaks in between…

So, I have much less ingredients, and I'll be making this at home after my workout..after work. Do you happen to know how much a 1/3 cup would weigh? I have a food scale and want to be as accurate as possible.

It's a personal trainer assigned at a gym. Free with membership. My eyes kind of bulged a little at the workout plan he gave me, but I thought I'd try it anyway. We're supposed to meet a bit after work today so he could show me the leg and chest exercises for the next couple of strength training days. He did say that…

I'm not quite sure what is easier for me. Treadmill is out because it's too high impact. I tried the Arc Trainer, but that gives me the same issue with the sore legs inhibiting how long I can go. I could try the bikes. I always thought of those as less calorie burning and more leg muscle building though..

So, if I'm interpreting this correctly, is that I should do high intensity for as long as I can, let myself adjust to it, and then try pushing myself to doing high intensity for longer periods of time? I'm currently logging everything, and I do plan to start on protein shakes for the gaps in my calorie allowance (I tend to…

It's really the fact that my legs get weak and it's difficult to keep up a higher pace. I breathe fine. I try the treadmill, but it's too high of an impact for me at the moment. I'm also an underpronator. Especially in one foot (which I have twisted/sprained MANY times in the past, starting when I was a kid). If you don't…

Hey feel free to add me! We're pretty close overall it seems. I'm 5'4 at 261 (when I started a few days ago) and wanting to lose 130 to be well within my BMI. I think it's 116 lb min to be a healthy weight. I've been logging my food and exercising every day (sans Sunday). 3 of the days have some weight training (to build…

I dunno, can I have a million dollars?
-
Never. Well that's not true. It wasn't MONEY money. I spent maybe $3 at one of those arcade machines in the theatre that you can win prizes from, and I won a $50 gift card. Have you ever fallen off of a waterfall?

I'm a 46I, and I have the Goddess Synergy Maximum Control Wire-Free Sports Bra. It seems to do its job...unfortunately, it was the ONLY sports bra that I could find in my size. >.> I hate that I can't shop in local stores for bras.

Don't forget to measure yourself. You could be gaining muscle weight. Also, if you're wanting to be buff, you do small reps of heavy weights. If you want to gain lean muscle, you do a few reps with less weight. Like....if I wanted to be buff, I'd probably do 3 reps of 5 using like...100 lb weights. But if I'm wanting lean…
