I confess I constantly rethink decisions I have made, and fantasize about how my life would be different had I not made the choices I did. This makes me sad and angry. I don't want to get out of bed in the morning, to make more horrible decisions, I will regret in the future.

@RoxieDawn Im not judging them, more just envious of their apparent freedom to do as they feel like. Then wandering How I can change my life, to be the same. However the chances of me being able to do the same seems, just a pipe dream.

This, Im 42, look grey and old, and being able to out lift 95% of the guys in my gym, is a huge drive for me. I am naturally competitive, have a high prey drive, half the time feel like I was born in the wrong century. Its really not complicated for me, either.
