I finally put in all my calories from yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see that I did stay under. I just made sure to stop eating when I was full(I hate wasting food), and to drink plenty of fluids. Today, I am back at it! So, I was thinking about it, and instead of trying to be in a certain place this week, as we inevitably will be, how about we focus on trying to get to a certain goal for our team. That way no matter where we end up, we can celebrate our victories among ourselves. What number should we shoot for? And do you like the idea?

Finished the challenges and maxed out on minutes! Just need to stay active for other challenges and to cheer on our Sixpack! We are doing so well this week! Finished the first kick boxing video. It was okay. She went quickly, but I just did my own pace making sure to do the moves properly for my fitness/flexibility level. Going to do the dance ones later with the munchkin during breaks from school. At least, I hope she'll do them with me! :smile: Hope your Friday is going…
