June 2016 to present 197lb to 190lb, only 7lb loss but remember losing only body fat takes time and careful planning so you don't also lose what's underneath . Great job in this thread, keep it up guys!

MM is one of the better tasting supplements out there. Just remember it's mostly casein which is slow digesting. I don't recommend it post workout for this reason. Use common sense, contact the host with specific questions and read user reviews. If it seems too good to be true, probably is. I stayed in Nevis, St Kitts, AND San Diego in some really nice places for cheap with no issues.
