I have been starting out with walking, I was nervous at first, I know that sounds odd but knew I was very unfit. I went from 4 kms, to now 9kms per day over 5 weeks. Today I started my first jog and although it waa only short bursts over short distances it felt positive. Start with small distances, increase slowly each day…
