I'm glad you're being honest. It's not a bad thing to want to look better. Just make sure that you keep being healthy while you do! You want to be able to enjoy the good looks when you get them! As far as your family's reactions, don't let it get you down. Some people just sometimes aren't as observant about these things…

I don't know what workouts you're doing, but I think the most important part is to listen to your body, and do not injure yourself! But, if you feel like you can keep going, then keep going! Maybe you need to increase your weight or reps? Maybe you want to give certain muscles groups more focus and tack on some extra…

Well, I'd keep track of what's waking you up. Don't drink too much water before bed if you end up waking up to use the bathroom, etc. See if you can pinpoint problems and try out some solutions.
