I had a lovely 12km hike today . Still at a plataeu but I'm experimenting with things to maybe get back to losing weight. I'm back to taking vitamin D (3000 ui). I'm also taking evening primrose oil (2000mg) and vitamin C supplements.

I do not have the answer for your question but I would advise you to go on a trial and error basis, try adding more calories ( a little at a time) and seeing how you go. Cereal bars or smoothies can be an easy way to add some extra calories with less effort. OR keep eating till you are full and no more even though you're…

flavoured teas help me when people around me are eating! :) And remember what Joe always says - you can have it, just not now, later. Make sure whoever you are travelling with plans the best food meals at your feeding window so you don't feel like you've missed out.

VERY normal. At least in my case. Mine settled now. You might want to try adding more fibre. And yes it is very likely to be the cause of a gain. I take fenugreek seeds daily (1teaspoon in a glass of water left overnight). I don't know if this is the reason I'm okay now or if my body has just settled.

This is a learning experience so please don't get discouraged. This is why me (and some others) like weighing ourselves daily. We learn about how our bodies handle any food and how it stores it daily. Obviously it depends on the person. Some people prefer weighing themselves less frequently. Also, it may be just water…
