I know too many people that complain that they're heavy and then they not only can't stop eating but even the choices they pick... pizza and chips. I guess first you have to change mentally to lose weight and be determined to stick to a plan or new lifestyle

You inspire me so much. I've fallen off track lately and this motivates me to try harder! You seem to be doing it all and keeping away from all that sugar!

This is exactly what happened to me. I couldnt work without eating every few hours. I would eat just so I can continue working. When I swapped food for protein shakes and then eventually OMAD I adapted and now I don't need to eat every few hours just to function

to be honest, everytime i have had a fast food meal (only one for the entire day) i felt satisfied and the next day showed a loss... so ....

Don't give up! Can you please tell us what you are eating for your one meal? Maybe we can help. Also it might be useful to measure yourself rather than just weigh yourself.

Just remember, it's not a race :) As long as the weight keeps going down. There are some things you can try to encourage weight loss like teh others suggested. You can even try drinking two glasses of water before your meal and eat more protein and veg than carbs with your meal.
