Eat simple foods so there are no hidden calories anywhere. For example, Put chicken or fish in oven and eat plain. Eat things with nutrients listed on the package and don't add anything to them... so you can be exact.

sorry misread! I blend yoghurt, fruit, milk and protein powder and shove it in the freezer. I find it takes a while to eat and very satisfying!

I always prefer loss in inches. I just look at the scale because loss of inches takes soooo long lol and i need the motivation even if its just 100grams a week :)

oh but i did lose 1/4 inches from my hips! I thought that was pretty awesome

Wow, we're quite international in this group. I use kgs but lately I've been using pounds because of this group and I often say things to my friends in pounds and they look at me blankly and say "we do not understand pounds" hehe.

Thank you! I lack flexibility greatly. I can't even touch my toes *embarrassed* it's why I always stay away from fitness classes, because I'm scared people would judge me. It's one of my goals !

I carry my 15kg dog a lot (right hand side) and I do suspect he's helping with the right side bicep haha. He's a scaredy-cat with some of my stairs so I have to carry him lol

Im exercising but I'm at the same weight I was at the start. I had gained weight but this morning I lost the last of it :)

I sorta have a bit of a bicep :) right hand side only though haha.... working on it. did manage 64 pounds tonight barbell squats. It was VERY difficult though. Getting there. Leg extensions at 66 pounds, deadlifts at 58lbs
