Thank you for the reply. This is what I am hoping to achieve. I'm hoping to get more confidence. I'm plagued with self doubt in my life and I'm working hard to get rid of it. It's my main 2017 goal. I think losing the weight would definitely help.

why not? You'll reach your goals faster if you're positive. I had a friend who was always negative and everyone but her saw her real potential. Needless to say she achieved a lot but her negativity kept her back from achieving all she could achieve. It was a real shame because we all knew what she could've achieved.

So... I'm struggling to get my mind focused this time round. But its not the end of the month yet so I will keep on working hard to get focused again! I'm eating at 5pm and at 9pm... ARGH!
