If you don't want to deal with the cold weather join a gym. If you don't want to do that then jump rope in your home. It's one of the best exercises.

Since you said that you are breastfeeding you might want to check your thyroid with a doctor. It might be a hormonal thing and it's best to check it as soon as possible

The best way that I avoid binge eating is by avoiding the activity that causes binge eating. For me it's browsing my computer late at night. So now I just use my phone instead so that i also have my hands occupied and I wont want to hold food.
