Just been out and set a new record on the bike, 15.4 miles..bloody knackered now but glad I have done it. This weight is going to go and hard work is the only way to make it so.

Hi all, Christmas day and damn this addition to exercise is a strong one, been out on the bike and loved it ! Christmas dinner and pud is on the way now but I know I have made a dent in those calories and will be doing My best to control what I have but it is Christmas so a little flexibility won't hurt too much.. >:)

Hi, ok it is quite simple to add someone, click on their picture it will take you to another page where you can send them a message or goto their profile page, when you are on their page just click on add as a friend, *kitten* a short message so they can see where the request originated then send it and sit back and wait…

Hi, to be honest as long as you stay below it and keep up the minimum the app recommends for you then all will be well. Let it set your limits depending on what you want to do and for starters just stick to those. If you need any more help just ask, always happy to help.

Hi I use the MapMyRide app all the time, it really helps keeping an eye on where I am going and also with planning routes so I can slip in some elevation for that mid ride challenge.

I recently got back into cycling and love it, if I am stuck indoors out comes the stationary, if I have a spare hour the mountain bike comes out of the shed and I am off ! Roads, cross country anywhere I can manage I goto on it. Got to say I love the bike and My knees prefer it to running.

well so far I have managed to lose 17lb in 6 weeks so am quite pleased with that, carrying on doing it steady, watching My diet, doing regular exercise and cutting out the things I know are really bad for Me, nothing new-fangled or anything weird just plan common sense and hard work being used here.
