Having a great time here, lost over a stone and getting more and more addicted to the exercise bug once more.. Sometimes wonder what on earth I was doing giving up on it before ?

This thread is fantastic it is helping loads. I have lost a stone since I begun and this has helped tons. The need to eat is stronger now I have switched to healthier foods..getting enough in is a daily challenge in its own right.
