Sunday Weigh In -- Week #3 SW: 155.6 - 12/4/2016 PW: 151.8 CW: 150.6 GW: 122 Target Date: 1/28/2018 3/25/2018; 2/4/2018 Last week: This week: Some treadmill time this week but still not in a routine. Much better at getting steps in at work this week but still not consistent. Eating was on target calorie wise all week but…

So great to see so many of us on almost exactly the same journey. Will you post weekly? If so, which day?

PW is typically used, at least in my experience, to mean your last weekly weigh-in. So that the difference between PW and CW is what was lost that week.

Congrats, Julie on busting down the 120's door and walking right in! Great they you can keep something special for yourself and enjoy the wine each evening. Transitions have been my downfall. When I lost my weight last time, I couldn't adjust back to a reasonable 1800 calories. 1100 to 1200 is a lower than I'm going. But…

I hear that. A double edged sword. I weigh every morning. Some days I'm glad and other days I wish I hadn't. You might consider only changing the weight in your post after your Sunday weigh in. Otherwise, it seems to me, you're setting yourself up to see failure. We just need to keep doing what we know we need to do. Eat…

My suggestion is you accept her as is and stop bring up her weight. She's smart. She'll figure it out when she wants to in the way she wants to. You risk forever damaging your relationship with her.

Niki, knowing what works for you doesn't make you needy, it means you are self-aware. Consider it a plus! I've not been adding people because I don't expect to be active on the newsfeed. Could we check in here, in this thread? I was only expecting to check in once a week, but have been looking at this thread each day. I've…

Toya, congrats on all of your success! Looking forward to your Friday posts and seeing more great progress!

Sonya, are you going to post weekly? If so, what day? I'll be trying to keep up with the people who are committed to posting weekly updates here and are willing to follow others doing the same. The friending bit is another step I need to skip to have time to take care of business. Like the treadmill that awaits me now...

Just learned about tickerfactory.com over on the Challenge board. One caution was to be sure to save the URL it creates for your account so you can return to update. The bbcode it produces can be pasted in a message to produce this image.

Every week doesn't have to be perfect to win the race. Hang in there!

Big congrats on getting yourself back on track! Look forward to seeing weekly posts on your progress.

Start date: 12/4/2016 SW: 155.6 PW: 155.6 CW: 151.8 GW: 122 Target Date: 2/4/2018 My goal is .5 lb. per week. Additional loss wasn't unexpected for my first week but definitely nice.

Nice job! Way to stay focused.

Daisy, what about you? How's it going? Do you expect to post updates here with regularity? Posting weight updates weekly is something I find helpful because of the accountability factor. Maybe you'll get the same mileage. Let us know your plan.

Boy, can I relate! Congrats on your great progress! When we hit our goals, we need to continue to maintain together as well. I never should have stopped logging every morsel that passed my lips! Part of this journey is cross the rickety bridges along the way.

Julie, thanks for the encouragement! It is hard to admit I lost 32lbs maybe 8 years ago. I was at 118 and had never felt so good. I was in terrific aerobic shape. Once I hit about 128 the weight just seem to fall off. But, when big life changes occurred, I didn't respond the right way and here I am today. Exercise and good…

Thanks for starting the group Daisy. I'm in! Have others on the same journey will be helpful. I'll weigh and post each Sunday. Sunday 12/4/2016 was my start date. I'm 5' 3" CW: 155.6 GW: 122
