I'm no fitness expert and can lose a few pds myself. But a few basic things that's worked for me is to def watch the carbs & sweets intake. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. I drink a lot of water and not so much soda. Try not to eat after 7pm and no late night snacks. And get lots of sleep - 7 hrs or more. Just my 2…
