Start: 143.6 Goal: 135.6 5/22: 143.6 5/29: 139.8 I had a stronger start than I expected... been at a plateau for months due to medications and getting closer to my final goal weight. Very pleased... hopefully I can keep it up :)

I have the Starfrit one that suctions on the counter and you crank it... has 3 different blades and works great!
