Surfing the Challenges and knew this was the ine. I started mfp last Mya and lost 30lbs. Looking to lose 30 more this year. Have found that tracking is the key and this challenge will help me be accountable. ~ Jojo

I understand the "throw it out" comment. As a teacher, I get offered a lot of food from other staff and students! I found it too difficult to turn down a child's offer, so now I accept the food and tell them I will enjoy it later. It feeds the trash can at the end of the day unless it is something that I truly want to fit…

I understand. I suffer from breast pain that consistently correlates to my exercise choices (even with good bras!) I am holding out hope that shrinking them will open more exercise doors for me. Right now, I try to mostly stick to exercise that limit bouncing, basic strength training and yoga. One of my favs for strength…

Look up stretches for runners to do after your run. I would get tight muscles that would domino and cause other muscles to get tight and then I'd end up with back pain. Stretching has become part of my routine.
