Where do you find this information please? Does this relate to when your Fitbit steps are given back as exercise calories? Sometimes I'll do 7k steps and be given 0 calories, but I did 15k the other day and was given over 400. Confused.

I was bought this for Christmas but had to send it back as a DVD wouldn't play. The containers are useful, but as a PP said you can buy these cheap on Amazon. The free app is good for tracking containers though. I might use the container system for maintaining on work days. I agree it's overpriced and I am a beachbody fan.

40 in two weeks, so nearly qualified! My second is 6 months old tomorrow. Both times I have lost the weight easily with calorie counting. My favourite exercise is putting them in the buggy and going for a long walk; coinciding with nap time. Good luck! Edited: just to say I didn't try to lose weight with my first till he…

I try to 'bank' calories here and there, so if I know I'm going for a meal Friday, I'll try to be 100 under Mon-Thurs. Yesterday, my husband said he wanted to go to Yo Sushi for lunch, so I had small breakfast and ate and logged what I wanted - it was great

Is that a magic mirror? There's no way you're carrying 5 stone extra. I'd have guessed you weighed 10 stone from those pictures! Regardless, you should weigh whatever makes you happy, everyone else should mind their own business.

I've made a chart for the wall. Each row has 5 boxes that represent a lb lost. At the end of each row is a reward; they increase in value (not necessarily £) as I lose weight. My husband can see the chart and he motivates me like 'hey, you can buy some new shoes, you've lost 10 lbs'. I'm really strict with myself too. I…

Oh no!!!!! Vinegar makes me vomit, just the smell of it. [/quote] Worked like a charm for me! Don't normally eat crisps either

OP, if you're still here and still nauseous, a few salt and vinegar flavored crisps/chips helped with my pregnancy nausea. Whatever your future, good luck!

Congratulations! If you can't overeat at your own wedding, when can you? It'll come off soon enough; don't stress it!

I started this week, but disc 2 won't play! I've got to send it all back!

I log exercise in Fitbit. If I'm doing cardio, I don't wear it because I think that = double dipping. If I'm doing weights I leave it on as there isn't much actual spatial movement. Besides this, I take my exercise calories with a massive pinch of salt!

I have a Fitbit One and I love it! I lost it once and customer services sent me a brand new one! I'd love to upgrade but not allowed to wear at work so no point. I think you were very unlucky OP.

Hi, I am 5 month pp my second child and am EBF. I have 28 pounds more to lose. I have been exercising for 10 weeks and had only lost 7 pounds, just started counting calories this week. I don't know if I should add calories for bf as I have no idea how much she consumes!

I've had a Fitbit One for 18 months and I love it. I find it really motivational and I find myself feeling accountable to it to go and hit my 10,000 steps. In fact, if I walk somewhere and it's not logged, I feel I've missed out! The app is great and I have it linked to MFP. I lost all my baby weight after my first child…

22 lbs is an excellent achievement, well done! I'm currently on week 10 of Chalean Extreme. I lost 7 lbs first phase but gained 3, second phase. Christmas didn't help, but overall I'm 6 lbs down, lost 7 inches from waist and gone from 32.7 to 25 % body fat, my weight was just into overweight bracket. My point is, think…

You've started by posting here! It seems you've had some excellent advice, so I won't repeat any. Just to say good luck and I look forward to hearing your progress!
