On Friday, I was able to play soccer outside with my nephews without feeling absolutely winded or sore within a few minutes of starting. I played for a full hour with them before it got too chilly to keep playing - I could have kept going!

My goal is to lose 150, which would put me down to what I was sometime in high school (I'm 28 now and REALLY packed on the pounds in college and grad school). I just lost my first 5% of my starting weight. Now to get to 10%... then 20%. Ultimate goal is 40% of my starting weight. But for now... 5% at a time!
