This is really what it all comes down to. It’s a “behavioral addiction”. Change your attitude and behaviors, not the substances, to fight this “addiction”.

Yes always. I always shower in the morning and always shower at night after I work out. I don’t workout every day but on the days I do, i shower. I’m also a big bathtub soaker and do that a few nights a week too. I only wash my hair twice a week though.

Hmmm I get what you are saying but for me it’s better to practice self control and allow myself those treats that I love while ensuring they fit into my daily calories. Nothing wrong with giving into a craving as long as it fits with your goals. Otherwise, I’m just gonna binge later...

In reading all of these, I found myself saying “me too” “yup!” Etc to many of your comments. With the fat acceptance movement, it makes me sad for all the people who are in denial and tout how you can be “healthy at any weight”. Your question is vague enough that you’ll get more answers by looking through all of those. IMO keto is a waste of time and is not a sustainable way to eat for any length of time.
