I am starting to think that I am retaining water. Not sure why or how to retain less. My weight has stalled for a month now. I am not complaining about losing inches. I am happy to see the changes in my lower half, which is my problem area. I just want to lose the pounds.

Thanks for the replies. I do seem to be getting more toned. I did hear that gaining muscle can slow down weight loss. Hopefully I am on the right track.

Judgemental people, who like to hear themselves talk. I can't stand arrogant, ignorant, conceited, narcissistic people. Treat me with respect. I am not an idiot. I don't need to blow my own horn or try too hard to impress people. I am secure with who I am.

Today was my "cheat" day. Pizza and wine. I will be back to working out tomorrow.

Happy Saturday night to everyone! I did not workout but I still completed my steps and stairs goal. Yay me! I ran errands, did chores, and made homemade pizza. I do get creative by dancing when I am in the kitchen. Gotta burn some calories right?

I hear you on the dog walking issue. I miss that dearly. I was a dog owner years ago and both my dogs had cancer. :(. I am a proud owner of a cat for seven years.

As far as I know I don't have a thyroid issue. Despite cutting down food portions and exercising more, I don't seem to be making any progress. I am losing inches but my weight is the same. I am so lost.
