  • Yup I have loose, saggy areas that jiggle the more I lose weight, from what I have read its perfectly normal, best you can do is stay hydrated, lotion, make sure your vitamins and minerals intake are good, lose weight gradually 1-2lbs per week, exercise and try and tone as you go, I'm using these 1kg dumbbell weights I…
  • My diary is open, my goal is 1,370 per day but I usually eat between 1500 - 2000 due to exercise ( I like to keep to my net calories about 1200) feel free to add me.
  • Hey, check your net calories are not too low... mine would be between 400 and 900 a day and I would feel really hungry and sicky and sometimes dizzy, after reassessing things I am now upping my net calories to 1,200 so eating more on days where I exercise more and I feel a whole lot better :) Other things to check are…
  • Hey, could have cold boiled eggs, takes 4 mins in the microwave with boiled water, cooked from the night before, just pop in the fridge till the next day? or boiled/steamed mixed veg for lunch? it takes me 6 mins in the microwave in a microwavable bowl with the lid, you don't have to limit yourself to be honest, all about…

  • Haha when I was a kid I had a weird combination like yours but instead of peanut butter it was rice krispies and banana sandwiches also my mum sometimes used to make us mash potato sandwiches if we were really hungry before sunday dinner  EDIT: I just remembered my little brother loves sliced grapes in a sandwich,…

  • Hey, I know how you feel, from 2012 up until Jan this year all I would do is sit on my couch, play pc games and eat pretty much all day, I was agoraphobic (fear of leaving the house) I suffer terribly from anxiety, I wouldn't have even think twice about eating 5 sugary jam filled doughnuts in the space of 10 minutes, I…

  • Child abuse and animal abuse, people that correct grammar and spelling (I'm dyslexic and relay on spell checker a lot) people that just comment to troll and be mean and people that force their opinions, tips, advice, beliefs etc onto others and get nasty when others don't agree or want it. I think thats it lol, it depends…
  • Wow! I am bookmarking this thread... • I used to eat whatever and not think about it, I could easily eat 5 sugary jam doughnuts in a few minutes plus crisps (chips if your from the US) and other high carb, high fat foods, denial ain't even the word for what I was in but so glad I snapped out of it, I feel guilty for years and years of eating crap and doing no…

  • Still early days on my lifestyle change... I started January this year, I had no energy at all when I first started and could only do 3 minutes on my stationary bike.... today I logged a shocking total of 80 minutes and still felt like I could do more... only thing that stopped me was a very numb bottom lol, its very…

  • Cottage cheese is not that high in sodium (I'm a cheeseaholic and switched from cheddar to cottage), not as much as a tin of baked beans... also you need some carbs, fat, sodium, etc etc just in small doses, as most say on here "Calories are the king" also MFP gives us our recommended daily allowances on all these, I'm no…
  • I use a cheaper alternative called inshape they are £3.95 from morrisons (UK) but does the same thing, I started by only having one for lunch but now sometimes have one for breakfast also, they are great, they help me stay fuller for longer, curb that sweet tooth, gives me more calories to play around with for dinner and…

  • I do 60 mins which are split into 3x 20 mins throughout the day on my stationary bike every day unless I am walking into town, around and back which takes anywhere between 60-180 mins plus I have 2x 1kg dumbbells I use a lot throughout the day, everyday, not sure how long I use them as its very varied.
  • I'm 50/50 on this, I sometimes feel like I live on my stationary bike... I use it daily I read or watch youtube whilst working out, If I didn't I know I would not be able to do as much as I do and I would be so bored but I enjoy the exercise buzz if that makes sense.
