No, not wanting to build muscle, just tone my body. If I can maintain my weight while I'm at it, that would be good. Losing a few pounds can't hurt. This is all new to me so any insight would be helpful.

I'm here looking to tone, and tighten. Not lose the weight so much. I find that music is a helpful motivator. I have a daily routine of walking and the treadmill. I have a fitbit also, that gets me up and moving.

You can do this!! Make sure your drinking the water. It's really important in the weight loss process.
