Also footware is not ideal. But atleast you dont have like an air soled shoe. But you idealy want flatter soled shoes. Wrestling shoes are good. Or bare feet if you feel comfortable.

Stance looks good. One key thing I learned along time ago is to concentrate on opening up the hips. It allows greater depth and leeps the weight on your heals. If you were to sit squat down for a poop would you close up your hips? As stated dont lock out your knees. Keep the tension on the muscle.

Thrust forward is an interesting use of terminology......... i just concentrate on squeezing my glutes to bring the spine to a neutral position thats it! As you wouldnt ever want to put excess pressure on the lower spine by hyper extending.

I think its a personal thing! I wear a belt and gloves when lifting. The belt gives you a solid foundation to push your core into when you fill your lungs with that big gulp of air before you start your lift. With the form as Gallowmere said.... just dont round your back!

X2 as above. Your body won't be used to the extra food... even good food. You will gain fat to quickly. Slow up the intake and get a good workout plan. It will be far less work in the long run!
