As of this morning, I reached the 1st of 10 milestones on my Happy Scale app. 12.5% to my goal.

I did the same thing. I tried weight watchers for a couple weeks but I was starving the entire time. I logged all my food here and it was an average of like 950 calories a day.

We didn't have kids either. The filing itself wasn't difficult, but in California, there is a 6-12 month wait minimum because they are so backlogged with divorces here lol.

I agree with walking to start with. I like it because I can listen to music or listen to an audio book or watch something on my phone if I'm on the treadmill. But then you can also walk outside or pretty much anywhere, and that's free. I was soooo out of shape when I started, and honestly still am to a certain degree. But…

Yeah that happens a lot. I had separated (not legally) from my husband probably 3 times over our 16-year marriage before the last time when we actually got divorced. But once they file, you know it's for real because that alone is a pain in the butt.

I did when it first happened, but not really since then. It really only hurts when I have these size shoes on, from being tighter on that foot.

Cool thanks. I didn't really notice it a problem when I was walking slow, but when I started adding incline and increasing my speed, that foot started hurting like on the top bone.

This. Coffee is mostly water, so I count it as water. I don't count juice or soda, but I can see why people would.

Not going to repeat what anyone else said, but you learn pretty fast that "healthy" and "unhealthy" is highly subjective. People love to put a label on things. I just eat what I want, and if it's in my calories for the day, I feel great about it.

My best motivation is eating my exercise calories. I want extra snacks or dessert, so I exercise to earn them.

If you want basic walking workouts, Jessica Smith is awesome. For a variety of weights, bodyweight, HIIT workouts, I like BodyFitByAmy (Especially if you like Kettlebells, which I love). Yoga with Adrienne is by far the best person for yoga. I also agree with Fitness Blender, especially for variety.

Treadmill for 45 minutes again. Really was not feeling it today, so I went slow-ish.

Is your deficit set at losing 2 lbs a week? It might be a little too much for now. Maybe you can switch it to 1 or 1.5 lbs a week. Those extra calories could make all the difference. Or just eat back more of your exercise calories.
