Exactly... last year i lost 15 kg then i regain them back.... ever since i am trying there but i loss hope after losing 4 or 5 kg... but u know what its just psychological we like our new look yet couldn't keep it ... best way is to make that previous image disappear from your mind for some time and remember your old bulky…
