I wont care about maintenance. I'm in Obese class 1. I still feel an urge to drop and get to overweight and then healthy. Once I'm in healthy a fluctuation wont phase me. And it actually usually doesn't but I was really stoked about seeing that number this morning and my period denied me of it haha.

This is what a good chunk of my overall day's look like. I'm down 16 lbs. I say just do what works for you and keeps you on track. You can make changes as you get further into your progress. Just focus on the calorie deficit for now. Your breakfast sounds yummy!

Rocked my size 12's for the first time out of the house in over a year! I've hit all my NSV goals I set... I need new ones!

I have always been sitting at Poor or Poor-Fair on this scale. This is the FIRST time I have seen just FAIR!! Super exciting!! Next NSV is to see Fair-Average and then to fit comfortably in my size 12 jeans again :)

Yes Ma'am!! I was a heavy beer drinker and carry almost all my weight in my stomach. This time around I've been doing an ab segment every workout and switched from beer to vodka sodas. My stomach has gone way down!!

Wearing size 12 jeans today for the first time (this time around)! They are a bit snug still but they work! It's also laundry day and I had nothing else to wear so these fit at the PERFECT time :) Started at a snug size 18 on Jan 5th :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I have been working out since January 5th (worked out from January to May last year also). My workout consist of mostly weight lifting with 1 day of cardio kickboxing per week. Working out 5-6 days per week for 30-45 minutes each time. I do core exercises 5 days a week including planks.…
