  • Ginger - so glad you are going to try the water aerobics. My friend convinced me to go with her (I was petrified in deeper water) once I got in, I absolutely loved it. • Tammy in Montana - I live in Thompson, Manitoba. It's an 8 hour drive north of Winnipeg. I bought a big box (100 bulbs) of tulips last fall anticipating that I would get them planted but we got a big dump of snow, so they are now sitting in my fridge waiting for spring.
  • So looking forward to spring. It's cold and windy here again today. I giggle when I read about you girls with the flowers blooming already and leaves appearing on the trees - it will be another 3 months before I can plant my tulips or this darn snow if gone. Hugs to all Paula Y

  • Janets & Karen - dry itchy eyes could actually be a medical problem. I had the same problem, thought it was allergies, however, my optometrist said it is a medical condition and told me to get Systane Ultra. It's a lubricating eye drop available over the counter at most drug stores. Works great. I use it every day.
  • Hi Charleen2. pyanko7 is fine, my real name is Paula. I want/need to loose 120 lbs. My husband had a minor stroke last weekend and it was an eye opener for both of us. I really need to loose this weight and am trying very hard. We have 7 grandkids (oldest is 12, youngest is 3) and I want to be here to see them graduate and…
  • Hello Charleen in Colorado. Nice to see another quilter here. I purchased 26 yards of materials at the end of December and haven't even opened the bag since. I have a home office/sewing room, so worked at clearing all my paperwork off the desk today, so I can hopefully do some quilting tomorrow. Have a great weekend.
