Red1185 PW: 159.0 CW: 161.8 Steps: 7/19: 6,484 7/20: 3,670 7/21: 2,546 7/22: 2,417 7/23: 11,564 So many frustrations. It’s such a bummer to see the scale like that, and on top of that I didn’t get my steps in. I definitely took a little too much advantage of those last days of summer. On 7/23, j couldn’t stand it anymore,…

My mom and I drove down to FL for a reunion and a memorial service. I was up around 8, and didn’t get to bed until about 11 pm. I slept for maybe 2 hours Friday…

I’m glad your headache was only in the morning. Hopefully the vitamins will help reduce them even more. Sounds like you had an enjoyable day with your daughter. I’m so sorry you had such a rough day with incompetent people, who won’t listen to you. I know that’s so frustrating. On the good side, though, it sounds like they…

@lindamtuck2018 thank you! I love French fries too! They’re yummy, but also so addictive. I’ve been wanting to try poutine. I love love love to travel, and Canada is on my bucket list of places to visit. Not to mention that in my mind food and travel go hand-in-hand. My motto is “eat around the world” 🤣. When I eventually…

Good evening everybody! I followed through and spent a lot of time on the treadmill! 100 minutes, 5 miles, and more than 10,000 steps! I put on a show, and just walked and walked and walked! I’m tired lol. I made burgers for dinner. 2 with regular Kraft sliced cheese, and 2 with Brie. I had a slice of Brie while I was…

Good morning! I can’t believe it’s already almost noon. Definitely didn’t do much yesterday. I finished my book, and by the time I was done I didn’t feel like doing anything else. Not to mention when I did feel like taking the dog on our walk it was pouring down rain. I wasn’t going to get caught in a rainstorm again! Lol…

That’s a bummer. I hope you feel better soon!! That sounds so lovely! I bet that was nice quiet time with just you and your dad. And you mowed the lawn?? My goodness. That’s a busy day, and starting so early too lol. I’m sorry your dad is struggling, but hopefully he’s on the upswing.

@lindamtuck2018 i don’t use the lavender oil for sleep, but it does help me with headaches. I honestly don’t enjoy the smell of lavender like most people, but I know it has some benefits, so that’s when I use it.

Congratulations @amymartin555 @Megan_smartiepants1970 and @Aqualang26 for the weight loss! Congratulations @gwamajtw91 for reaching GOAL! That’s awesome! @iradi8 the fact that you’re still making time to move while being there for your mom is incredible! Good for you. I hope your mom is resting comfortably! @Tazaria87…

Great loss!! 👏👏👏👏👏

@TheresaM787 thank you so much for all the encouragement, and sharing in my excitement!! This group is the best!

@Megan_smartiepants1970 and @lindamtuck2018 I’m sorry y’all are having such a hard time with headaches. My sister swears by peppermint oil on the back of the neck. I will also put a little bit of lavender oil on my temples, which helps, too. Also, if you squeeze the webbing between your thumb and index finger for ~30…

Red1185 PW: 158.8 CW: 158.6 LTD: 21 lbs!!! I will take it!! I was convinced I was going to see a gain because I didn’t do a lot this week. I’m super excited and relieved to see that I was wrong. I’ve been keeping track of my NSVs, and they’ve been pretty good this week. The most exciting one was that a shirt that was too…

Thank you so much!

Thank you!! Students get out by or before Memorial Day and go back in early August. Yuck. I wish it was September lol

Awesome!! So happy to hear that!

Good morning! Thanks everybody for the congrats on the weight loss. CONGRATS to all who lost weight, maintained, or are still pushing to make it happen. I’m right there with you. I hope my numbers stick, but I am concerned - as per usual. This week has been pretty busy. We got home from our trip on Sunday, rested, and then…

@TheresaM787 , @lindamtuck2018 , and @rwood566 thank y’all so much for the encouragement! The ride home was a BREEZE lol. I hope the loss sticks. I definitely tried to get my steps in - I took my dog on a very long walk through UT’s campus just looking around. My college rivalry side did not enjoy seeing all that orange…

The drive to TN yesterday was no fun at all with traffic and a glitchy GPS. However, we finally made it, had a good dinner, and went to bed. Today was the crime museum (Alcatraz East), and it was so fun! I teach Forensics, so it was really fun seeing everything. I took a million pictures! I also managed to get all my steps…

Ok so this week has been quite the mental and physical rollercoaster for me. My appetite is tied to my anxiety in a inverse way: when my anxiety goes up, my appetite plummets because my stomach hurts so bad. The first couple of days this week were super rough. Fortunately I have a good group of people around me that I can…

Y’all’s stories are always so inspiring!!! Y’all just keep going and going and going. Whether it’s @Tazaria87 avoiding delicious-sounding food at a party, @Poobah1972 doibg the fast, @TheresaM787 doing major steps by herself AND with hubby, or everyone else just getting their steps in - y’all are amazing and so inspiring!…

Did 4 miles on the treadmill today! Gotta get back into the swing of things. It felt good to get a really good walk in. My dog was not pleased that she didn’t get a walk lol. I justify it because it was got all day lol. Tomorrow, for sure! @Megan_smartiepants1970 steps for 6/26: 9,500 I hope everybody had a good Saturday.

Red1185 PW: 160.6 CW: 161.8 A slight gain, but in all honesty not as bad as what I was expecting. Depending on the weather I will take the dog to the park or jump on the treadmill if it’s too hot. I’m not happy that I’m STILL in the 160s when just a couple weeks ago I was in the 150s, but it is what it is. Gotta keep…

Ok no problem. 6/22: 5,111 6/23: 3,790 6/24: 9,197 (took the dog on a long walk at the park, etc) 6/25: 3,609

Thanks for the encouragement! @lindamtuck2018 some of my NSVs: 1. I’ve been back at tracking (even when I go over) 2. I’ve been walking the dog everyday, even if it’s just a short one 3. I took her on a long walk yesterday at the park, and when I realized I still hadn’t met my step goal, I went on a short walk later to…

I feel like this week’s weigh-in is going to be a rough one. It’s TOM, and I’ve been consuming a good bit of salt. I also haven’t been reaching my step goal this week. I’m working on corrective action, and remembering my NSVs, trying not overthink and get too bummed out. We’ll see what happens. @Megan_smartiepants1970…

Walked around the store, walked the dog, did a smaaaaaalllllll amount of cleaning, and logged my calories…getting back into the swing of things.
