I confess, I feel like a bit of an *kitten* for not being more devestated by my grandmas death. I try and justify if by saying she had been fighting camcer for 8 years, and I've been expecting it the last 3 years. I mean I loved her, and it's sad. But. I don't even know.

If you're stopping only because you get to 10 and thats your goal I would up the weight. If you're worried about adding weight, make your…

Dad with 4 kids here. I've worked out for about 4 years, and when my last son was born I missed about 6 months of lifting (I think I really jist used that as an excuse). It took a good friend of mine to challenge me to a fitness competition yo get me back into it. If you dedicate a day to cardio (or only do it once a week)…

Dumbells are your friend on chest day when you're alone, or just ask someone at the gym for a spot. Everyone at my gym is always happy to help.

I've never maxed deadlifts or squats. I rep 225 for both. Max bench was 255 about 3 months ago. I've been focused on cutting for the last month and a half, so I'm not sure where I'll sit on any of them now. Repped 245 for 3 on the bench last week.

The fastest way to lose weight, is to lift weights while eating healthy. I've lifted for almost 4 years. I've gotten stronger, I lost weight, but it stopped and became stagnant. I cut out sugars right before the new year, and am down almost 25lbs. Nothing changed at the gym, but I did start making better meal choices.
