  • Yes use the recipe builder and create all the meals you normally eat. It may take a bit of time at first but once you have all your recipes created it will be so easy to log afterwards.

  • I workout 2x a day 5 days a week, run 5k in the mornings and walk about 6+k on my lunch break. If I feel like it I will run anywhere from 5-10k on the weekends but I don't stress about it if I don't have time or am just too lazy...lol
