Every six months of intense training I take a week off to recover, I know when I start to hit the wall from my training, because I feel like *kitten* all the time lol.

I dont even know how to respond to this thread. I love lifting heavy always been on the shorter side 5'9", if people dont like you because your not 6'+ well then who gives a *kitten* lol.

Learn to be flexible with your schedule. When I learned that I wouldn't melt if I forgot to do something and learned to be flexible (switching days off with workout days and such) with your schedule you will be amazed how easy it is still be on a plan still. Ive been detained in the US for having an expired Identification Card while traveling VIA airline. So be prepared to spread em if you have an expired card! HYE Woke up in a delirious state from lack of sleep and had no idea what was going on or even who you were!

Incorporate some bodyweight Calisthenics (burpee's, Squats, lunges, Jump Squats) and Sprinting sessions and you will tone right on up without the need of a gym. Sissy Squats and back bridges almost forgot about those haha.

Heck yeah OP!!! thats some great progress. Now I know we are not all the same but when I finally was able to run consistently for a 5k-10k I found the best way to get faster was doing 200m, 400m, and 800m repeats. Mixed in with some good tempo runs here in there. But those repeats is what will make you like the flash I…

for your home use a set of adjustable dumbbells are priceless and a pull-up bar. Seriously with those two things you can basically train everything in your body, pretty effectively too!
