Yea this is right ^^^ stick to maintenance because being in a calorie deficit is not a long term solution so eat a wel balanced diet and stick to maintenence calories you want to burn the excess calories through exercising and cardio hope this helps, forget the wine and drink vodka because vodka has zero calories lol

Hi when i was doing it a few months ago i was averaging 350 to 400 cal but im a lot heavier than you, the heavier you area the more cals you burn thats why it gets harder to lose weight the slimmer you get, hope this has answered your question
