He's having chemotherapy as well as radiation, which can make you feel very ill. Hopefully not but I think doing what he feels well enough to do is the best advice and if that's nothing then do nothing and rest

Apparently sardines can do that to you...be careful

Ah now I feel bad for hating on your PB sardines. That's a nice story, I'm gonna have to try it now...just once lol :D

I like kundalini yoga by Ana Brett and Ravi Singh. They have a bunch of DVDs. The Yoga Flow Bootcamp and Fat Free yoga are my favourites. They work you hard but are completely low impact and all you need is a mat :)

Yeah peanut butter and sardines...surely someone has made a law against that. Not even when I was pregnant would I have dreamed up that ill fated culinary union :D

Smoosh them into some buttered toast with a fork and you're good to go. Is smoosh even a word? And if they're canned ones they don't need cooking :)

Praying and laughing... I did alot of both. Walk if you can as well, great mood boost and clears your head. Find someone to talk to, outside of your family, someone who isn't emotionally invested in you and won't panic if you tell them how you really feel. I had a Macmillan cancer nurse who was my rock during and following…

Oh yeah, I couldn't eat them with the bones in. When I was little, I very clearly remember my mum spreading them into her toast, spines and all and crunching her way through them. Ugh :# :#

I wouldnt worry too much about losing weight or training whilst going through cancer treatment. Infact, when I had my chemotherapy I put on a lot of weight and my doctor was pleased about that. Cancer treatment is different for everyone but none of it is fun. Concentrate on healing, eating well, walking when you can and…

I was diagnosed in may 2015 at age 31. I had a mastectomy followed by 6 cycles of horrifying chemo and then a year of herceptin. Its only this year that ive felt strong enough to tackle the huge amount of weight I put on during treatment. I was so physically and mentally exhausted I didnt care about how big I was at first.…

This. People can't make changes for you and they wont always actively encourage and support you. Sad but true. Do it for you because you deserve better and because you can. You can do anything you put your mind to. But you have to start. ...
