To lose weight you just need a calorie deficit. As for feeling satisfied then cut out the low fat junk and eat whole foods. Good healthy fats with your meals such as olive oil and avocados... complex carbs like brown rice and a good amount of protein. If you want something sweet then have it if your calories allow or try…

I love celery and carrot sticks dipped in hummus. Nuts are also a great snack, full of healthy fatty acids and filling. ..just watch your portion size.

I eat clean-ish. I eat whole foods, no low fat or artificial junk. We eat out occasionally but most of the time I cook. I've had cancer so I am looking at food differently these days. I eat a lot of healthy fats and veggies and I've cut alcohol out almost completely except for special occasions. Add me if you like

That's amazing, you should be so proud. I have hardly any recent photos of me because I can't stand to see how big I've got to be. I suppose it's a good idea though so that I can see the difference as I get smaller. Good job girl
