I wouldn't. I don't like or trust any app that uses tone in the title as tone is not a real thing. It is a word used by fake people to try and make women spend more money on fitness. Tone is bunk. Tone is also sexist.

Not sure if you have ever tried salt in your coffee but a pinch sprinkled right on the grounds when brewing makes so so coffee grounds taste like they are much better quality beans . Also most starches take a large amount of salt before tasting salty.

Deep breath. Drink a glass of water. Relax we all have days over. The key thing is to pick yourself up and keep going. Nobody expects you to never again have a day over calories but you can't let it slide into day 2 3 4 ect. So drink an extra glass of water and be kind to yourself

I generally find the pho near me overly salty. But i love the idea of pho and often make basically the same thing at home with a broth base and then mix in meats and sprouts and large handful of herbs and I love the lime and hot sauces. Mmmmm
