I would just log the liquid as beef stock in your future soup.

I have found if I do not chew I do not feel full. So going the opposite way and mainly drinking water and tea and coffee ie 0 calorie drinks and then trying to get my calories from food ideally a lot of high protein high fiber foods makes me full and happy on fewer calories
