My glucose actually pretty much reverted to me not having to take insulin anymore...amazing! And thanks for all the tips guys/girls I look forward to continuing on this path of healthy eating. I'm getting ~5000mg of sodium a day so I never experienced "keto flu" either which I read was not very pleasant.
