Preach!

I make my decision based on a) calories per serving b) flavor and c) cost I do look at the teams fat content too, but not too closely. I'm more likely to go low fat on some things (like dressings and sauces) just so I can have more of it, and full fat on others for the taste.

I really don't have good advice for you. Just want to wish you good luck.

And I'm genetically gifted.

But... But... I'm a clean-eating ectomorph, who's not seeing gains BECAUSE of muscle confusion... I feel so... Discriminated against.
-
That top guy, though... (in both comparisons) All have amazing and remarkable physiques.

Nor did I accuse you of doing so. I didn't state that every BB name called, but the OP and another fellow BBer did. I have significant respect for people who devote the time to their craft and working on their bodies. I enjoy doing the same. Where the stereotypes for BBers come into play relate to areas of aggression and…

I have a number of body builder friends, so I go on record saying I do not despise bodybuilders as a whole. That said, I have seen /experienced a lot of aggression and rudeness coming from those who are heavily involved in the sport. Case in point... On this two page thread, a number of varying body types replied, and it…

In my opinion... If you know it would hurt/bother your s.o. And do it anyways... If you go to lengths to hide your behaviour from them.. And if you're sharing pics of privates and talking dirty to someone other than the one you've committed to... There's an element of infidelity there. There's deception, broken trust, and…

Once trust is broken, it becomes almost impossible to get it back. Especially if it has been broken repeatedly. OP.. My heart goes out to you. A betrayal on this scale is really devastating. I hope you are able to heal from it.

It's overkill. Really and truly. Ten mins a day (if that) and watching your diet is all you need.
-
Now... When I have some free time... My first thought is "oh yeah! I can get in a workout!" Congats on making the changes and choosing the true good stuff! That's super great!

The irony of this post is strong. (Self proclaimed) non super fit person is judging super fit people as being judgemental. Even though, in reality, it was an interpersonal disagreement between gym goers. I'm pretty fit. I'm afraid (legit) of going to the gym because I'll be judged/ noticed because I'm fit. And yet I'm new.…

But... We haven't seen that here, right?

People who tell you what they think you want to hear, instead of the truth. Oh and people who chew their nails in front of you!

As with a lot of posters... I started adjusting my quantities once I realized how much they cost me in terms of calories. I'm not always perfect, but if I log my food as I go throughout the day, or ahead of time, then I am aware of how much "room" I have left in my budget. At that point... When I feel a need to soothe…

Cellulite is a part of life. Some women are blessed with more, some with less. Losing fat will reduce the appearance some, but it's one of those things that is largely out of your control. I'm below goal weight, and I still have it.

The first time I had avocado I almost threw up. Now, I love them. I have no idea what changed. Lol

Sometimes... No, Niner, you can't. Sometimes it's a luxury to have a shower. Sometimes it's a miracle to sit down for a few mins... And often that's only in the bathroom, and with company.

Haha! Well played!

I'd buy you a truck to GO with your other truck. And a garage to put them both in.

Pretty much this word for word. My weight changes a lot day by day, so weighing once a week - if I weighed on my high day - would make me think I wasnt working hard enough. I follow the trends. I don't worry too much about the spikes, and just look for it to go down. So far, it seems to be working.

Thank you

I think those two would have been judging you no matter what you looked like. They sound like azzclowns who think they own the joint. I think there are people who judge, and people who don't. The judgy ones will judge you regardless of whether you're fat, thin, short, tall, strong, weak, new, regular, wear makeup, don't,…

A marathon is run one step at a time. I'm sure that 200 is daunting and scary, but if you break it down into smaller pieces, it may help. You took an awesome first step coming here!

I saw this.. And it helps... A little. Sorry that you are hurting.
