I think I intermittently fast and not realize it. So we have dinner most nights at 5-5:30 pm then some mornings I just have coffee and have lunch at noon, then dinner at 5 pm. Our Athena can sit up on her own like a big girl! Our tree this year. Simple white snowflakes, plastic and crocheted, vintage ornaments from my mother inlaw, and kids glitter ornament balls.
