In somewhere between 300 and 305 at the moment....im 5'1. I've had lap band surgery done at 18 and that didn't work out then. I'm scared for my future as I am only 26 years old and even surgery couldn't fix me. I'm now fixing myself and today is day 1.

I am 27 and need to lose 160 lbs at 5'2. I've had lap band surgery and did not lose a single pound since I got it in 2008. It is 90% diet and 10% exercise. I get that now and I am starting my journey to a healthy lifestyle today. We can help eachother!
