Oh my goodness! I just realized I did the same thing with Nature's Bakery Fig Bars. I misread the package to find 2 bars equals 2 servings of 90 calories each. I was counting the whole package for 90 calories. Fortunately, I have still been loosing weight, so no harm done. LOL

I had similar issue. Couldn't figure out how to sign on after several years. I am also from FL and need to loose quite a bit of weight. I just need to get motivated. I am 8 lbs heavier than the last time I started this.... Maybe we can encourage each other!
