Aaah! New month brings so many new opportunities! I love these goal threads. :smiley: This month could be a little challenging for me since I am traveling for a week to visit some relatives. But I still want to try to keep my challenges and be up for them. My goals this month 1. Lose 3 to 4 kg to touch 75 kg/165 lbs mark.

Well, technically I didn't meet my July goal but came very close it. Lost 3.6 kg/7.92 lbs HIIT on 4 days a week Water intake could have been more but I am still working on it.

I completely agree with everyone here about the gain you are showing. Its just water weight. I ended up with a gain of almost 2 lbs last week because I had way to many carbs. Hey Barbara! Just went through your thread on all the updates. I have done low carb for more than 2 months and saw very good results. However, doing low carb also resulted in slow losses in between.
