  • Well said. Diplomatic and to the point. Thumbs up.
  • Personally I think that people who stare at you for no reason while you have that endorphin buzz going on and buzz kill you. These are the same people who happen to stare at you walking in the opposite direction on the pavement. It's like: yes - I'm also a human being with two legs and two damn arms. WTH is the problem?…
  • Lil Beef slices? Haven't even started and I know my records are going nowhere.
  • That's easy - just fiddle the numbers or change the meaning. Dropouts? NOOOO - mere transfers from one educational establishment to another - University of Life
  • Yes.

  • Both are brilliant :)
  • Less calories. Less saturated fats with the milk. Sugar has high GI levels which spike blood sugar levels in dramatic ways.
  • I wish I was somewhere warm :(

  • lol. It does.
  • Start simple by substituting things. sweeteners instead of sugar. Skimmed instead of semi or whole. Wholemeal instead of white. Oatmeal instead of shreddies/sugary cereals. Bit by bit. :)
  • You're probably right about that. Mind you I have come across women who are in seedier types of a certain industry than they let on for financial reasons and you can't blame them lying about it due to the stigma attached. Everybody has their own coping mechanisms, I suppose. I agree about the alpha male thing. But the…
  • LOL I can imagine. I enjoyed New York when I was there for work but Christ you're spot on with that. There's a lot of decent people, too and the locals are actually down to earth. I noticed that most of the idiots were what my colleagues would call bridge and tunnel. Apparantly their version of eating out was comparing…
  • labrador puppy videos on yt.
  • I suppose it's commendable that people are trying and projecting a want of success. It's a positive outlook nevertheless but the levels of delusion can reach epic proportions to the point of being off-putting to others. I think some people like that are in danger of believing it to the point of self-destructive behaviour…
  • LOL. Bit of a 180.... There does seem to be a lot of BS on dating type places. Property developers end up being mortgaged to their eyeballs living in 1 bed studio apartments so suddenly they call themselves 'landlords'. Managing directors happen to end up being self employed plumbers/tradespeople running a 1-person…
  • That does sound quite interesting, tbh. I'll def look it up once I finish this thing I'm going through on the count of st germain. Cheers mate .

  • It did get quite bad at one point. Admittedly knowing what time each local shop opens and when they can begin serving from is not a good sign and it took some serious slips and literal falls to give up. Glad to be free of such things, now. I do still drink spirits due to calorie differences between vodka and say a beer,…
  • That's not too bad a purchase. I've heard of worse, put it that way. You can return it or cancel the order within a timeframe, surely? :) I've ordered some ludicrous things when intoxicated on a night out. Was a good reason to stop drinking.
  • Good luck and hope you reach some positive goals through this. When it rains, it pours... and when... oh you get the picture :) Seriously though: you can make small steps each day and little by little you'll get there.
  • LOL. At a rate of 25 closing every week and the culture shifting since the millennial generation where alcohol consumption is at an all time low it won't be long for that stereotype to be a think of the past. I think the love of curry will remain; however. :)
  • slices of meat. be it chicken. beef. Recently I've been eating some of that eastern european dried meat. Sujuk. Spicy and dry but nice. Bit like beef jerky but without the preservative nonsense.
  • Except when you have politicans using a sum total of 8 brain cells; running the country: there will be regret over handing so much authoritarian power and allowing erosion of speech, privacy and freedom. The worst of it is - criminals who want to get hold of firepower can easily do so. As police rules change to allow every…
  • Social queues and internal dialogue are clearly missing in a lot of peoples cognitive devleopmental phases by the looks of it; from reading these recollections. Some of these are a little too hilarious to believe but saying that there's all sorts out there but it's just astonishing to believe that people can be so blind as…

  • labradors are superior to golden retriEVILS. Err. But seriously: Lyndon B. Johnson owned an amphibious car and for messing people about he used to drive into the lake, screaming at them about brake failure.
