I used half&half and sugar free torani syrup. :)

I love ice cream sandwiches and the mini ones only have 100 calories and I believe a normal sized one is around 160. Halo top ice cream is very good too, they vary in calories from 240-320 but if you only eat half it's not so bad.

My husband works 13 hours a day in 100 degree heat 13 days on and 1 day off. Maybe OP's husband works a lot.

I do the same. I have two boys, 3 & 1. Waking up at 4 and bed at 10/11 and taking advantage of my lunch break is the only way to make it work for me.
