Home workouts can be great! I got enough of gyms in my teens and 20s so I basically do my sports or home based workouts. My sports are on hold because of the virus we shall not name so I joined an online workout program....well not a program it's just workout videos really....it's so much fun!

I'm guessing as Ann said it's just retaining fluids. Also where are you in your cycle. It can cause havoc.

I've had plateaus and changes up my eating and it's helped. If I log food I tend to eat very little. Once I get my head straight and eat a healthy amount of calories I tend to shift weight. I suspect when you eat very little you have little energy and workouts just aren't as efficient but I'm not a dr or nutritionist so…

Sounds like you have a good plan. I tend to start and then injure myself then quit and repeat this cycle. I found some workout video programs that have been great and more gentle for my aged joints. You can do this. Just have to find what you like and what motivates you
