Made it through the weekend with no drinks. Saturday was hard for me. We went to a family member's house that turned out to be a bad choice and I really wanted to join in but told myself that it wasn't worth it.

Ready for an AF August! I haven't had a drink since July 6th and I've noticed a big difference in my blood pressure. My resting heart rate went from 95 bpm to 65 bpm (if my memory serves me correctly).
