@Colleen790. Completely understand. Hard to do much with bronchitis. Stress eating is understandable too. Stress eating is often because you have not learned other strategies to deal with stress. A lot find comfort in food. Most important thing here is to not thing badly of yourself because you eat to cope with stress.…

@flourchild225. It's hard at the moment with the isolation. Try find ways to connect with friends and family online (video chat). Try also get a regular schedule or routine going. These are tough times. Lastly, 0.2 lbs in a week is not a lot, you vary by more than 2 lbs in a day (just due to water). It takes a lot of…

craigo3154 April Week 1 PW: 136.0 (61.7kg) CW: 136.5 (61.9kg) Been under 62kg for all days in the last week. Small fluctuations are normal. I have been pretty consistent all week, so surprised it has not gone down. Actually one of the possible side effects of the medication I am on is weight gain. But I have not seen that…

@metubal. Happy to have you back. @metubal. Your plan is excellent. There is nothing in there that cannot become a lifetime habit to keep you at a healthy weight (and keep the diabetes under control). Now just to make it so ingrained as habit so that it is more the norm than the exception. Welcome back.

@cmhubbard92. Should be fixed now. Looks like a mis-paste before normalising the sheet at the start of the month. GuessimGryffindor is registered. Thank you for the notification. @AmyG1982. Fixed the issues with the RTM set up for April too. Should be good to go.

@Kryless2. Technically midnight New York time. Anytime after this results can commence being processed. If you post a weight after this time, but before processing for the week or the month it usually counts (but you run a risk). I never discounted a weight that was posed prior to processing for the week it is for.

@Keepingtrack1234. looneycatblue removed from April as per request. Megan, likely a good idea to search the Gutbuster group for another co-captain (just as a backup for you).

@AB0215. Ashely. Fixed now. Both missing values were due to not having week 1 and 2 weigh in values for placing competitors. Once a week 1 value was added with the same value as the starting weight, the issue was resolved.
