Tuesday goals Get my meals prepped so i have some ready to reheat or grab and go foods. To all those talking about food. We grew up on vereneki and kilka with farmer sausage of course. Yes vereneki is a pierogi. Kilka is just the noodles. LOL also a hater of raw kale. But I actually have a BIG DISLIKE of cooked carrots. Can eat raw ones just fine. But that mushy texture of a fat cooked carrot is just.... :s :s :s If I am going to cook them....i will grate them so they hide in soups or sauces. Thats the only way they can be eaten. :p

Friday fitness and weekend planning. Got a southwest salad - jicama beans corn cilantro red pepper onions cheese and southwest dressing. Was super yummy but had quite a bit of dressing. I love cottage cheese plain and i use that for snack times. If you did for breakfast....just chop up some fruit to eat with it. Yum! Dont be afraid of eating the whole egg....can prepare it so many different ways. ;) Greek yogurt with some nuts, oats or fruits is another high protein and yummy choice.
